ESXi 4.1 on Gigabyte M52L-S3

 Hello,

Esxi 4.1.0 runs on this board only with max. 3GB RAM.
If i install 4GB or more, it starts well but is not accessible via vSphere Client.

I tried different memory configrations but i only can connect to the host if
3GB or less is installed.

the board has the newest bios f9a.

Has anybody a solution?
