ESXi is not supported if the dc7800 has the 6550 processor, only the 6750 processor. ESX full version will work on it though. | |

dc7800 works with ESX 3.5 u4 if you change the /etc/vmware/pciid/e1000.xml <device id="104b"> ----> change this to "10bd" then run $esxcfg-pciid and reboot this is from vmware communities |
