Enhanced PowerNow!/Speedstep ?

 I have a ML115G1 running ESX/vSpher4, but it only supports PowerNow! and does NOT support Enhanced PowerNow!(which vSphere only supports)
I can buy a ML115 G5 that supports Enhanced PowerNow!, but I really want to only buy a new mobo+cpu.
What system or mobo+cpu combo\'s do also support Enhanced PowerNow! ??
