Signups Now Working Again!

I have fixed the signup, I missed one required package on the server move DOH! (this is why there was downtime in December). If anyone is having issues, let me know (get me @wazoo on twitter).

Sorry for this long downtime, but there where some troubles with the internet connection. Luckily is all fixed now and it should stay online again
