Adding this to an ESXi 3.5 U3 system (old MSI K9AGM-FID motherboard) that already had a PCI Intel Pro/1000 GT adapter required a Repair from the ESXi 3.5 U3 CD, followed by resetting the management network. After that, however, both adapters were connected and functional at 1000Mbps, Full duplex.
