| Had ESX 3.5 running on DC7800. ESX3.5 doesn't see local storage. Upgraded to ESX 4.0 and local storage works great. I have Core2Quad Q6600 CPU and 8GB of ram. Local disk is detected and presented for vmfs. Not sure about Onboard nic since its disabled. Dual Port Gigabit Intel 82546EB Chipset works great Intel Quad Gigabit Chipset 82571EB PCI-E Nice small form factor PC. Just a note make sure you enable VT and VT-D in the bios. |
